Company History
- 1988: the company is established under the name ALPII and developed its first software SIGMAT for the management of military barracks dining facilities.
- 1992: ALPII increased its capital and changed its name to BSI. It developed its first software for the administration of Juvenile Courts.
- 1993: the company acquired another software company, Sinfonix, which provided software for the Juvenile Courts market.
- 1994: BSI acquired ISA, the leading company in Courts administration software, and became the market leader for 6 types of Courts administration software.
- 1997: BSI sold its Courts administration software to the French Department of Justice.
- 1998: development of DBAS - Dynamic Business Application System, which dynamically generates interfaces faster and with better quality control.
- 1999: partnership with an offshore development center, Overseas Software Development Ltd, based on the island of Mauritius.
- 2001: BSI wins the public bid for providing a new ERP system for military dining facilities. The new system, SIGMESS, is based on the already successful SIGMAT. To date it is still being deployed on 182 client sites worldwide with the latest 2009 version SIGMESS 9.1.
- 2003: new office in Atlanta, Georgia to provide software development services to the North American market.
- 2004: development of PSM – Primates System Management for a major player in the Life Sciences industry.
- 2007: BSI acquired a company providing software for the management of retirement homes.
- 2008: T. Lesage joined the company as Managing Director and as a new equity partner following a capital increase.
- 2009: New office established in Miami, Florida. PSM becomes Enos to reflect the software's capabilities to track all USDA regulated species required to be individually identified.
