Founder and CEO, Pierre-yves Blanchet

Pierre-yves has a degree in Software Engineering and started his career in 1987 as a software engineer at Rolex headquarters in Switzerland. He founded the company in 1988 in partnership with Xavier Hivon. As the CEO of BSI, he is in charge of strategy and management, in addition to marketing and financial responsibilities. He has for more than 2 decades developed the market leadership and external growth of the company. Pierre-Yves has moved to our Miami office in 2009.

Managing Director, Thierry Lesage

Thierry comes to BSI in September 2008 with over 22 years of business and management experience. After graduating in 1985 from Lille Business School in France, he joined in 1986 his family’s company Callens Lesage [established 1913, specialized in tableware business] where he held various positions until becoming its Managing Director in 2001. Under his leadership, the company integrated a larger group of companies, with sales of Euros 210 million. The group was acquired in 2004 by Arc International, world leader in the tableware industry. Until the end of 2007, Thierry was the Managing Director of the acquired and restructured entity within Arc International, with 650 employees and sales of Euros 180 million.  As the new MD he will be contributing in the development and growth of the company from the group’s headquarters in Annecy, France.

Customer Service and Help desk Manager, Xavier Hivon

Xavier is responsible for managing the company's Customer Support and Software Maintenance department. He graduated in 1985 with a Masters degree in Business and Computing and initially worked as an applications system analyst at the French conglomerate, Thomson. He also has extensive experience as a field service engineer and has supervised software deployments in various countries.


Business Development Manager - North America, Johnny Yan

Johnny has led the US office since November 2003. He graduated in 1992 with Masters Degrees in Economics and Business Management, and studied in France, UK and Belgium. Prior to joining the BSI team, he had 10 years experience at the senior management level in the international financial services industry and worked in Portugal, Hong Kong and Mauritius. Throughout his managerial career he has been heavily involved in IT administration responsibilities.


Head of BSI Development Methodology & Production Department , Christophe Gouttière-Delacroix

Christophe has been in charge of the Development Methodology and R&D since 1998. His responsibilities include technology watch, designing and improving BSI’s Dynamic Business Application System. Christophe is also responsible for managing the development team and for ensuring quality control of BSI’s software.  He graduated in 1993 with a degree in Computer Engineering and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). He has 15 years experience as a database professional and 12 years experience as a project manager.
